About Us

Company overview

Established in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, in 2009, Enyhow is a new media company that is dedicated to providing the right solution for every client.

Our approach

Enyhow is based on three founding principles. The first is that only with a thorough understanding of both the creative AND technical sides of new media is it possible to supply the right new media packages to business. The second is that off the shelf packages are rarely a good fit with an individual business's needs. The third is that clients should never be left unsure how to operate their new technology.

Those three principles have fashioned our approach. So, we split the services we offer into modules, which allows us to customise the packages we recommend to clients depending on their precise requirements. We make sure all customer-facing staff understand thoroughly the technology behind a solution and its potential to help each client. Finally, we include one month's support with each package we sell.

Our philosophy is to make new media beneficial to your business by providing tailored solutions to match your immediate needs and ongoing support to keep that solution working, even when your business grows and your needs evolve.

How we turned a bad experience into a business

Having both had responsibility for procuring subcontractors in the past, Howard and Jason were used to hearing exaggerated claims from account managers and sales staff. The crunch came though on a project they were collaborating on in their previous roles.

Howard says, "We both found it hard to believe the clear leader in the procurement process could really do all they were promising in the time specified and for the price quoted."

"The account managers were so convincing that we went with their proposal and, as feared, regretted it afterwards."

Jason continues, "We ended up with a product that matched only some of our needs and took an incredible amount of effort to make work. The support was almost none existent and we spent so long adapting the product ourselves that we may as well have built it in the first place."

"We decided after that to form enyhow to offer local businesses solutions that would be right for their needs, that we could promise exact delivery schedules and prices for, and that we could support once set up."
