When HGV Solutions approached enyhow, they already had a site and could recognise some of its shortcomings. We received a detailed brief of the changes needed and through our own investigation into HGV Solutions' needs, we were also able to identify some additional changes that would deliver both the cost savings and the extra sales needed to really take the business forward.
We began by completely redesigning the site to give it a sleek and modern feel. Within that design we simplified the layout to encourage sales and automate order processing.
The products sold by HGV Solutions are technologically complicated
and whilst the range is not huge, it is crucial for customers that they are able to identify the
correct model they require from that range. Prior to our changes, customers would call HGV Solutions to make sure they were ordering the right product. Once our redesign was implemented the volume of calls was reduced dramatically as people were able to use the site to easily find the information they needed.
As well as calls concerning product choice, HGV Solutions had also been fielding a lot of calls about both installing the product and using it.
We built an FAQ page for the site and produced a short video to answer many of those common questions. We also put in place an online help window, allowing customers to send their specific questions straight to the support staff.
